2020 Marina Moorage Rates
Effective April 1, 2020
Mooring rates are based on Length Over All (LOA) / Length Over Water (LOW). If you have questions about boat length please see our page “Boat Length”. Marina rates for Annual and Summer berths are payable in advance and are non-refundable. Annual clients have first pick of marina berths over summer clients.
Annual (Year Round) Moorage
- $14.00 per foot x 12 months
- Gate Card
- Parking Pass – one vehicle per slip
- Trailer storage on-site
- Covered winter storage included
Summer Moorage (April 1 – Sept 30)
- $21.00 per foot x 6 months
- Gate Card
- Parking Pass – one vehicle per slip
- Trailer Storage additional fee
Houseboat Moorage (April 1 – Sept 30)
- $1.12 per square foot x 6 months
- Gate Card
- Parking for one vehicle per slip
- Outside Winter Storage available for extra fee
Quick Haul / Valet Service
- $21.00 per foot x 6 months (Summer Season)
- $14.00 per foot x 12 months (Summer Season plus winter Storage)
Weekly Moorage
- $325 per week up to 26 feet
- $350.00 per week up to 32 feet
- $400 per week 33 feet and up
Daily Moorage
- All boats $3.50 per foot
Garbage collection, Power, Pump out and Water are available for an addition fee
General Terms and Conditions
• Payment of moorage is due in advance before occupying the slip
• Moorage provided upon receipt of current signed moorage agreement and evidence of general liability insurance
• All rates subject to applicable taxes.
• Late and/or dishonored payments subject to 2.5% per month interest and/or $100.00 penalty.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• All moorage is non-transferable; any changes must be approved by the marina.
• For the purpose of determining moorage rates, Length Overall (LOA) means measured length of the vessel, including all accessories – not the listed length in the vessel’s manual or survey. In the event of a dispute the marina will take measurements – the marina’s measurement will determine moorage.
